{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-243.265","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 243.265","heading":"Licensed horse racetrack may be issued Nonquota type 1 license.","body":"In order to promote economic development and tourism, other provisions of the Kentucky\nRevised Statutes notwithstanding, the department may issue an NQ1 retail drink license\nunder KRS 243.030 to a horse racetrack that is licensed under KRS 230.300 and is\nlocated in a wet or moist city under KRS 242.1238. The license issued under this section\nshall be in effect only for horse racetrack premises where live racing meets were held in\n2006.
