{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-243.353","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 243.353","heading":"Business authorized by malt beverage storage license -- Issuance of","body":"temporary storage license in case of emergency.\n(1) A malt beverage storage license may be issued as a supplementary license to a\ndistributor's license, a nonquota retail malt beverage package license, or a Nonquota\ntype 4 retail malt beverage drink license. A malt beverage storage license may also\nbe issued as a primary or supplementary license in conformity with administrative\nregulations promulgated by the department.\n(2) The holder of a malt beverage storage license may:\n(a) Store malt beverages at the storage licensed premises convenient to his or her\nregular retail malt beverage licensed premises;\n(b) Transport the malt beverages as belonging to the holder of the license to and\nfrom the warehouse by way of the nearest route to his or her regular licensed\nretail malt beverage premises, if the licensee sells no malt beverages except at\nhis or her regular malt beverage licensed premises;\n(c) Transport and store malt beverages belongin g to the distributor to, from, and\nat the storage licensed premises; and\n(d) Conduct business as authorized by the department through the promulgation\nof administrative regulations.\n(3) The malt beverage administrator may issue a temporary storage license to a licensed\ndistributor for storage of malt beverages if there is an emergency.
