{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-243.430","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 243.430","heading":"Denial of application for license -- Time frame for denial, approval, or","body":"issuance of license.\n(1) The state administrator may deny any application for a license if the application\nis incomplete or the correct fee has not been remitted with the application.\n(2) A  license shall not be approved or issued until the thirty (30) day period in\nwhich a protest is permissible has expired.
