{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-244.120","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 244.120","heading":"Retail premises not to be disorderly -- Acts constituting disorderly","body":"behavior.\n(1) A retail licensee, a patron, or the licensee's agents, servants, or employees shall not\ncause, suffer, or permit the licensed premises to be disorderly.\n(2) Acts whic h constitute disorderly premises consist of causing, suffering, or\npermitting patrons, the licensee, or the licensee's servants, agents, or employees to\ncause public inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm, or create a risk through:\n(a) Engaging in fighting or in violent, tumultuous, or threatening behavior;\n(b) Making unreasonable noise;\n(c) Refusing to obey an official order to disperse issued to maintain public safety\nin dangerous proximity to a fire, hazard, or other emergency;\n(d) Creating a hazardous or ph ysically offensive condition by any act that serves\nno legitimate purpose;\n(e) Creating a public nuisance;\n(f) Engaging in criminal activity that would constitute a capital offense, felony, or\nmisdemeanor; or\n(g) Failing to maintain the minimum health, fir e, safety, or sanitary standards\nestablished by the state or a local government, or by state administrative\nregulations, for the licensed premises.","path":["KRS Chapter 244"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=42520","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:54Z","sha256":"2a9f8e0c9278baa88c8b538646b5e3adaa0d374d1d574e71f9f45c64525e8d52","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-244.110","next":"us-ky/krs-244.125"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
