{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-246.247","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 246.247","heading":"Agricultural program trust fund.","body":"(1) The agricultural program trust fund is hereby created as a separate revolving fund to\nbe administered by the Department of Agriculture.\n(2) The fund shall consist of moneys deposited in the fund pursuant to KRS 186.050\nand any other proceeds from grants, c ontributors, appropriations, or other moneys\navailable for purposes of the trust fund.\n(3) Moneys in the fund shall be used for agricultural programs administered by the\ndepartment.\n(4) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, any balance remaining in the fund at the e nd of a\nfiscal year shall not lapse. Any balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall be\ncarried forward to the next fiscal year.
