{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-247.145","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 247.145","heading":"Administrative regulations for operation, maintenance, or use of","body":"state fair property -- Posting -- Penalty for violation.\n(1) The  state fair board in governing the operation, maintenance, or use of\nproperty under its custody and control is authorized to promulgate such\nreasonable and lawful administrative regulations, as provided in KRS  Chapter\n13A, as are necessary:\n(a) To maintain decency and good order;\n(b) To protect the peace or safety of the general public;\n(c) To protect the public interest, convenience, or necessity; or\n(d) To  govern the operation, maintenance, or use of property under its\ncustody and control.\n(2) All administrative regulations promulgated by the state fair board shall be\nprinted and posted at not less than three (3) public places on the property\nunder its custody and control.\n(3) All persons using, occupying or going upon any property under the custody\nand  control of the state fair board shall comply with all administrative\nregulations promulgated by it.","path":["KRS Chapter 247"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=50767","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:56Z","sha256":"86d9b03055079d75a73de707c98fee7e21ba40634db5e1cd0b8ef266457fe9dc","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-247.140","next":"us-ky/krs-247.147"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
