{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-247.406","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 247.406","heading":"Grants to county organization for farm safety program -- Annual report.","body":"(1) For a county organization to be eligible for funding, the following requirements\nshall be met:\n(a) The organization shall be incorporated as nonprofit under KRS Chapter 273;\nand\n(b) The organization shall submit a business plan to the department detailing  how\nthe corporation will operate and how it intends to incorporate a farm safety\nplan in its overall farm safety program.\n(2) If the county organization's business plan is approved by the department, and if\nfunding is available, the department shall distr ibute a grant of two thousand dollars\n($2,000) to the organization.\n(3) The county organization shall make an annual written report to the department\nregarding the activities of the organization's farm safety program and the disposition\nof the grant money.","path":["KRS Chapter 247"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=11642","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:57Z","sha256":"8193ffeb95690952681e7642bec91ea422af3cacf623770c39c7c50c85e6e254","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-247.405","next":"us-ky/krs-247.407"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
