The promotion board\nshall consist of four (4) members appointed by the Kentucky Soybean Association; two\n(2) members appointed by the Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation; one (1) member\nappointed by the Commissioner of Agriculture; the Kentucky director or directors who\nserve on the United Soybean Board; and the Kentucky director or directors who serve on\nthe American Soybean Association.
