{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-247.6931","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 247.6931","heading":"Rules of referendum prescribed by Commissioner -- Notice -- Limit of","body":"assessment.\nThe date, hours, voting places, rules, and administrative regulations for the referendum\nshall be established and determined by the Commissioner and shall be published b y the\nCommissioner through the medium of the public press in the Commonwealth of\nKentucky at least thirty (30) days before the holding of the referendum, and direct written\nnotice of the referendum shall also be given to each county or area agent in any co unty\ncovered by the referendum.
