{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-247.808","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 247.808","heading":"Members of Agritourism Advisory Council appointed by Commissioner --","body":"Terms -- Chair -- Meetings -- Vacancies -- Compensation.\n(1) Members of the Agritourism Advisory Council appointed by the Commissioner of\nAgriculture shall be appointed fo r four (4) year terms. Sitting members shall be\neligible for reappointment.\n(2) The Agritourism Advisory Council shall elect a chair and vice chair from its\nmembership.\n(3) The Agritourism Advisory Council shall meet annually or at the request of the chair.\nA quorum of the council shall consist of eight (8) members, and a majority of\nmembers present at any duly called meeting may act upon any matter before it for\nconsideration.\n(4) In the event of a vacancy, the appropriate appointing entity may appoint a\nreplacement member who shall hold office during the remainder of the term so\nvacated.\n(5) Members of the Agritourism Advisory Council shall serve without compensation.","path":["KRS Chapter 247"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=53134","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:59Z","sha256":"d711155e174b01738fda9db8cdb71098250fc3e1bf0bcfb0cc6afeabfdf8f747","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-247.806","next":"us-ky/krs-247.809"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
