{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-248.715","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 248.715","heading":"Committees of board.","body":"(1) The board shall create committees, including, but not limited to:\n(a) Access to Capital Committee;\n(b) Environmental Cost Share Committee;\n(c) Marketing and Entrepreneurship Committee;\n(d) Technology, Infrastructure, and Training Committee;\n(e) Farmland Preservation Committee; and\n(f) Technical Issues Advisory Committee.\n(2) Each committee shall be composed of board members knowledgeable about the\nprograms being overseen by that committee.\n(3) The committees shall assist the board in developing programs and  criteria for\nprograms to be considered by the board and may utilize nonboard members with\nexpertise in the jurisdictional area of the committee for assistance. The committees\nshall make recommendations to the board, and the board shall determine which\nprograms are to be overseen and implemented by the committees.
