{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-248.764","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 248.764","heading":"Enforcement of KRS 248.752 and 248.754.","body":"(1) KRS 248.752 and 248.754 shall be enforced by the Attorney General, but at the\nrequest of the Attorney General or the Attorney General's duly authorized agent, the\nDepartment of Kentucky State Police and all local police authorities shall enforce\nKRS 248.75 2 and 248.754.
