{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-250.022","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 250.022","heading":"Preemption of local regulation of seeds.","body":"(1) No city, county, or other political subdivision of the Commonwealth shall adopt or\ncontinue in effect any ordinance, resolution, rule, or regulation regarding the\nregistration, packaging, labeling, sale, storage, distribution, use, application, or\npropagation of seeds as regulated pursuant to KRS 250.021 to 250.111.
