{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-250.376","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 250.376","heading":"Labeling.","body":"(1) Any fertilizer distributed in this state in containers shall have placed on or affixed to\nthe container a label setting forth in clearly legible and conspicuous form the\nfollowing information:\n(a) Net weight;\n(b) Brand and grade, except that the grade shal l not be required when no primary\nnutrients are claimed;\n(c) Guaranteed analysis; and\n(d) Name and address of the registrant or licensee.\nIn case of bulk shipments, this information in written or printed form shall\naccompany each delivery and be supplied to the purchaser at time of delivery.\n(2) A custom -mixed farm fertilizer shall be labeled to show the net weight, the\nguaranteed analysis, or the guaranteed analysis and net weight of each material used\nin the formulation or both, and the name and address of the licensee and the\nconsumer.","path":["KRS Chapter 250"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=12127","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:53:03Z","sha256":"2f861c07765632828a098732180cabe2285ab54baa2543026d034876ba90875d","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-250.372","next":"us-ky/krs-250.380"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
