{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-250.431","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 250.431","heading":"Revocation or refusal of registration -- Appeal.","body":"The director may cancel the registration of any brand of fertilizer or the license of any\nperson or refuse to register any brand of fertilizer or license any person upon satisfactory\nevidence that the registrant or licensee has used fraudulent or deceptive  practices in the\nevasion or attempted evasion of the provisions of KRS 250.361 to 250.451 or any\nadministrative regulations promulgated thereunder. No registration or license shall be\nrevoked or refused until the person (registrant or licensee) shall have  been given the\nopportunity to appear for an informal hearing by the director.
