{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-250.551","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 250.551","heading":"Prohibited acts.","body":"The following acts and the causing thereof within the Commonwealth of Kentucky are\nprohibited:\n(1) The manufacture or distribution of any commercial feed that is adulterated or\nmisbranded;\n(2) The adulteration or misbranding of any commercial feed;\n(3) The distribution of agricultural commodities such as whole seed, hay, straw, stover,\nsilage, cobs, husks, and hulls which are adulterated within the meaning of KRS\n250.541(1);\n(4) The removal or disposal of a commercial feed in violation of an order under KRS\n250.591;\n(5) The failure or refusal to register in accordance with KRS 250.511;\n(6) The violation of subsection (6) of KRS 250.601; and\n(7) Failure to pay inspection fees and file reports as required by KRS 250.561.","path":["KRS Chapter 250"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=12177","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:53:04Z","sha256":"c400773654a2b02aa4953adafbf1263857c97fc1c442bf4e9d59777534cafa19","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-250.550","next":"us-ky/krs-250.560"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
