{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-250.660","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 250.660","heading":"Limestone business owner required to register -- Fees -- Process agent for","body":"nonresident.\nOn or before July 1, 1960, and on or before July 1 of each year thereafter, any owner who\nconducts a business for the purpose of offering or exposing for sale agricultural limestone\nshall register with the department, on a form supplied by the department, before such\nowner shall engage in any business in Kentucky. Every owner shall register annually\nthereafter with the department and shall pay an annual fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each\nplace of business maintained in Kentucky during the year. The registration and annual fee\nshall also be paid by any owner maintaining a place of business outside Kentucky but\nengaging in business within Kentucky.
