{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-250.710","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 250.710","heading":"Notice and hearing after refusal to grant or revocation of registration --","body":"Appeal.\nThe Commissioner shall notify any applicant or owner by certified mail, return receipt\nrequested of any decision to refuse to grant a registration or to revoke a regist ration\nwithin ten (10) days after the decision, and the applicant or owner shall have thirty (30)\ndays after the notification within which to petition the Commissioner for a hearing to be\nconducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. If the applicant or ow ner is aggrieved\nby the final order, the applicant or owner may appeal the final order to the Franklin\nCircuit Court in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
