{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-257.240","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 257.240","heading":"Deputy state veterinarian.","body":"(1) Upon the recommendation of the state veterinarian, the board may within its\ndiscretion appoint a deputy state veterinarian.\n(2) The deputy state veterinarian shall hold office for a term of four (4) years and until a\nsuccessor has been elected and qualified.
