{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-257.340","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 257.340","heading":"Labeling of containers for chicks or poults.","body":"Before any such chicks or poults are offered for sale, or sold, each box, crate, coop or\nother container shall be plainly labeled with an appropriate statement giving the kind and\nnumber of chicks or poults in each container, the date on which such chicks or poults\nwere hatched, and by whom hatched, and any other representations at or prior to the time\nof sale relative to the purity of the breed, the freedom of such chicks or poults from\ndisease, such as chick bronchitis, and official certification that tes ts have been made on\nthe parent stock for pullorum disease and that such flock is United States pullorum-tested,\nUnited States pullorum -controlled, United States pullorum -passed or United States\npullorum-clean.
