Those opportunities shall include the sale of\nKentucky-grown agricultural products, as defined in KRS 45A.630, to any public\npurchasing unit, as defined in KRS 45A.295(3), including but not li mited to the\nDepartment of Parks, the Department of Corrections, public universities, school districts,\nand local governments across the Commonwealth. The Commissioner shall report those\nopportunities to the Governor, the secretary of the Finance and Admin istration Cabinet,\nand the Legislative Research Commission by October 1, 2002.
