{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-260.168","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 260.168","heading":"Kentucky Grape and Wine Council fund.","body":"There is established and created in the State Treasury, a fund entitled the \"Kentucky\nGrape and Wine Council fund\" to provide funds to offset the costs of the Kentucky Grape\nand Wine Council. The fund may receive state appropriations, gifts, grants, federa l funds,\nand any other funds both public and private. Money deposited in the fund shall be\ndisbursed by the State Treasurer upon the warrant of the Commissioner of Agriculture or\nthe Commissioner's representative.
