{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-260.813","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 260.813","heading":"Reports of milk handlers and laboratories -- Divulging of information.","body":"(1) Each milk handler and laboratory shall, as required by the director, make and file\nreports for all matters of which a record is required to be kept.\n(2) No information furnished to the director under this section shall be disclosed in a\nway to divulge the operation of any person.\n(3) It shall be unlawful for any person to use to his own advantage, or reveal to a person\nother than the director, officers of the Kentucky Agricultural Experiment Station, or\nthe courts when relevant in any judicial proceedings, any information acquired\nunder the authority of KRS 260.775 to 260.845, concerning any method, records,\nformulations, processes, or financial information which as a trade secret is entitled\nto protection.\n(4) This prohibition shall not be deemed as prohibi ting the director, or his duly\nauthorized agent, from exchanging information of a regulatory nature with duly\nappointed officials of the United States government, or of other states, who are\nsimilarly prohibited by law from revealing this information.","path":["KRS Chapter 260"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=12648","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:53:09Z","sha256":"cb202e0053a7ddcbff9dff5e22ccfe7c7cfcf4a004da670491719d80108e08ac","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-260.811","next":"us-ky/krs-260.815"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
