{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-262.260","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 262.260","heading":"Designation of city or county representative to consult with board --","body":"Appropriation by city or county to assist in program.\nThe board may by resolution invite the legislative body of any city and/or administrative\nbody of any county (fiscal court) in which the district is located or nearby, to select a\nrepresentative to consult with the board of the district on all questions of program and\npolicy which may affect the property, water supply, or other interests of the city or\ncounty, and to request by re solution that said city and/or county participate wholly or\npartially in any expense attendant to the execution of any program and/or policy, setting\nforth in said resolution all details of the program and/or policy together with an estimated\nannual cost.
