{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-262.280","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 262.280","heading":"Board to provide record -- Audits of district accounts -- Data to be","body":"furnished to commission.\n(1) The board shall provide for the keeping of a full and accurate record of all its\nproceedings and of all resolutions, regulations, and orders issued or adopted by it.\n(2) Notwithstanding KRS 65A.030, an audit of the accounts of each soil and water\nconservation district shall take place once every four (4) years unless the soil and\nwater conservation district receives or expends one million dollars ($1,000,000) or\nmore in any year, in which case the soil and water conservation district shall\nprovide for the performance of an annual audit. The audit shall be conducted in\naccordance with audit standards and requirements stipulated in KRS 65.065(5).\n(3) Upon request of the commission, the board shall furnish the commission with\ncopies of ordinances, regulations, orders, contracts, forms, and other documents\nadopted or employed by the board and any other information requested by the\ncommission concerning the board's activities.","path":["KRS Chapter 262"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=56488","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:53:11Z","sha256":"4438983cff0aea9e0366a77cfb1964891712c553d1667ed781e8e1b70f3814a2","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-262.270","next":"us-ky/krs-262.290"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
