{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-262.460","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 262.460","heading":"Board of adjustment.","body":"(1) A board that has adopted land -use regulations shall provide by ordinance for the\nestablishment of a board of adjustment consisting of three (3) members, each to be\nappointed for a term of three (3) years, except that the members first appointed shall\nbe appointed for terms of one (1), two (2) and three (3) years, respectively.\n(2) The members of the board of adjustment shall be appointed by the commission,\nwith the advice and approval of the board of the district for which the board of\nadjustment has been established.\n(3) Members of the board of adjustment shall be removable, upon notice and hearing,\nfor neglect of duty or malfeasance in office, but for no other reason.
