The\nregulations shall be in accordance with this chapter and with any ordinance adopted\npursuant to KRS 262.460.\n(2) The board of adjustment shall select a chairman from among its m embers, and may,\nfrom time to time, change the selection.\n(3) Meetings of the board of adjustment shall be held at the call of the chairman and at\nsuch other times as the board of adjustment may determine. Any two (2) members\nof the board of adjustment sh all constitute a quorum. The chairman, or in his\nabsence such other member of the board of adjustment as he may designate to serve\nas acting chairman, may administer oaths and compel the attendance of witnesses.\nAll meetings of the board of adjustment shall be open to the public.\n(4) The board of adjustment shall keep a full and accurate record of all proceedings, of\nall documents filed with it, and of all orders entered, which shall be filed in the\noffice of the board of adjustment and shall be a public record.","path":["KRS Chapter 262"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=12757","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:53:11Z","sha256":"d680229bd3100c1d1be100bd0acb7c8ab6e576897c3279c645ee99ff449a9406","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-262.470","next":"us-ky/krs-262.490"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
