{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-262.570","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 262.570","heading":"Effect of discontinuance.","body":"Upon issuance of a certificate of dissolution under KRS 262.560, all ordinances and\nregulations theretofore adopted and in force within those districts shall be of no further\nforce and effect. All contracts theretofore entered into, to which the district i s a party,\nshall remain in force and effect for the period provided in those contracts. The\ncommission shall be substituted for the district as a party to such contracts. The\ncommission shall be entitled to all benefits and subject to all duties and liabil ities under\nsuch contracts which the board would have had.
