{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-262.590","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 262.590","heading":"State agencies and subdivisions to cooperate with district.","body":"Agencies of this state which have jurisdiction over or are charged with the administration\nof, any state -owned lands, and of any governmental subdivision of the state which has\njurisdiction over, or is charged with the administration of, any publicly -owned lands,\nlying within the boundaries of any district, shall cooperate to the fullest extent with the\nboards of those districts in the effectuation of programs and operations undertaken by the\nboard under this chapter.
