{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-262.620","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 262.620","heading":"Title to equipment or infrastructure -- Retention -- Transfer to district.","body":"The Division of Conservation shall retain title to each piece of heavy or specialized\nequipment or any infrastructure purchased and made available to any soil and wate r\nconservation district pursuant to KRS 262.610 until such time as the soil and water\nconservation districts fully amortize the commission's investment in the equipment or the\ninfrastructure. If the soil and water conservation district purchases infrastruc ture with use\nof funds made available by the Division of Conservation for that purpose, then the\nDivision of Conservation shall be listed on the deed to the property jointly with the\ndistrict. After the commission's investment in the heavy or specialized e quipment or\ninfrastructure has been fully amortized, it is authorized and empowered to transfer the\ntitle thereto to the district.
