{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-262.707","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 262.707","heading":"New district within an established district.","body":"If it appears that contiguous territory within an established district would be better served\nby the organization of a separate district, a petition for withdrawal and formation of a new\ndistrict may be filed with the board of supervisors by twenty -five (2 5) or more\nlandowners, or a majority if less than fifty (50) landowners are involved. The petition\nshall define the boundary involved, state that all obligations to the district have been met,\nand contain such other information as is necessary for a determination of the feasibility or\nnonfeasibility of such withdrawal and reorganization.
