{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-262.735","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 262.735","heading":"Tabulation of votes -- Certification -- Filing.","body":"The votes shall be counted by the election officers at the close of the polls and report of\nthe results, along with the votes which have been cast, delivered to the polling\nsuperintendent, who shall certify the results to the board of supervisors. If a maj ority of\nthe votes cast favor creation of the district, the board of supervisors shall certify such\nresults to the county clerk in the county or counties involved. Upon proper recording of\nsuch action such watershed conservancy district shall be duly created.
