The petition shall describe such lands and state the reasons\nwhy they should be detached. A hearing shall be held within thirty (30) days after the\npetition is received. Due notice of such hearing as provided in KRS 262.01 0(4) shall be\ngiven at least ten (10) days before the hearing. If it is determined by the board of\nsupervisors that such lands shall be detached, such determination shall be certified to the\ncounty clerk of each county in which any portion of such lands li e.
