{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-263.080","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 263.080","heading":"Specifications for disposal plants.","body":"Each place of business shall be provided with floors constructed of concrete or some\nother nonabsorbent material, adequate drainage, buildings adapted to carry on the\nbusiness, adequate water supply and supplied with sufficient steam and steam hose or\nother equipment approved by the department to clean floors and trucks. The floors, walls\nand all buildings and equipment therein shall at all times be kept in a reasonably sanitary\ncondition and shall be cleaned with steam or other methods and procedures appro ved by\nthe department. Trucks and truck equipment shall at all times be kept in a reasonably\nsanitary condition and the trucks shall be cleaned with steam or other methods and\nprocedures approved by the department.
