{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-267.530","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 267.530","heading":"Amendment of order establishing district.","body":"The order of the court by which any district is organized under this chapter may be\namended at any time by adding, omitting or correcting the name of any landowner, and by\nadding, omitting or correcting the description of any land within or alleged to be w ithin\nthe district, or by amending the decree of incorporation in any manner necessary to better\nfulfill the object of the district. When any such amendment is desired, the board shall\npresent a supplemental petition to the court, setting forth the amendment desired, with the\nname of the owner and a description of the land affected by the proposed amendment.
