{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-268.170","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 268.170","heading":"Office and meetings of the board -- Records -- Reports -- Expenses.","body":"(1) The board shall furnish its secretary with the necessary office room, furniture,\nfixtures, stationery, maps, plats, typewriter, and postage. The board shall meet as\noften as necessary for the proper discharge of duties at whatever places these duties\nrequire within the county in which any part of the district lies. The board shall keep\ncomplete records of its proceedings, which shall be at all times open to the\ninspection of the public.\n(2) The treasurer of the board shall, by May 1 of each year, make a com plete and\nitemized report of its accounts and doings during the previous year, showing the\namount of money received and from what source and the amount paid out and for\nwhat purposes. This report shall be spread upon the records and open for public\ninspection, and shall be submitted to the Department for Local Government as\nrequired by KRS 65A.020.\n(3) All expenses incurred by the board shall be taken out of drainage funds and not\nfrom any general funds of the county.
