{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-269.120","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 269.120","heading":"Appointment of commissioners by county judge/executive -- Qualifications","body":"-- Compensation.\nUpon written petition signed by more than one -half (1/2) of the landowners residing\nwithin the boundary of the district of the corporation, or their agents, guar dians or\npersonal representatives, the county judge/executive of any county in which the\ncorporation exists shall appoint a board of commissioners consisting of three (3)\nlandowners over twenty -five (25) years of age, residing in that county, not intereste d in\nthe corporation and not owning any land within its district.
