{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-271b.14-330","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 271B.14-330","heading":"Decree of dissolution.","body":"(1) If after a hearing the court determines that one (1) or more grounds for judicial\ndissolution described in KRS 271B.14 -300 exist, it may enter a decree dissolving\nthe corporation, and the clerk of the court shall deliver a certified copy of the decree\nto the Secretary of State, who shall file it. The dissolution shall be effective upon\nthe latter of the filing of the decree by the Secretary of State or such later date as is\nspecified in the decree.\n(2) The effect of the dissolution shall be as set forth in KRS 271B.14-050.\n(3) After entering the decree of dissolution, the court shall direct the winding up and\nliquidation of the corporation's business and affairs, including as provided in KRS\n271B.14-320, and the notification of claimants in accordance with K RS 271B.14-\n060 and 271B.14-070.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=40435","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:53:20Z","sha256":"521d9a071bb42783fc31a4cdbef740e79d5272170f906c60efa7546fe4f1660e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-271b.14-320","next":"us-ky/krs-271b.14-400"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
