{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-271b.2-050","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 271B.2-050","heading":"Organization of corporation.","body":"(1) After incorporation:\n(a) If initial directors are named in the articles of incorporation, the initial\ndirectors shall hold an organizational meeting, at the call of a majority of the\ndirectors, to complete the organization of the corporation by appointing\nofficers, adopting bylaws , and carrying on any other business brought before\nthe meeting;\n(b) If initial directors are not named in the articles, the incorporator or\nincorporators shall hold an organizational meeting at the call of a majority of\nthe incorporators:\n1. To elect directors and complete the organization of the corporation; or\n2.
