{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-271b.7-060","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 271B.7-060","heading":"Waiver of notice.","body":"(1) A shareholder may waive any notice required by this chapter, the articles of\nincorporation, or bylaws before or after the date and time stated in the notice. The\nwaiver shall be in writing, be signed by the shareholder entitled to the notice, and be\ndelivered to the corporation for inclusion in the minutes or filing with the corporate\nrecords.\n(2) A shareholder's attendance at a meeting shall:\n(a) Waive objection to lack of notice or defective notice of the meeting, unless the\nshareholder at the beginning o f the meeting objects to holding the meeting or\ntransacting business at the meeting; and\n(b) Waive objection to consideration of a particular matter at the meeting that is\nnot within the purpose or purposes described in the meeting notice, unless the\nshareholder objects to considering the matter when it is presented.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=13357","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:53:18Z","sha256":"0544736b96bc6719c88beb9dde434398d1ddb6ea156ab8ea9338b21206da1920","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-271b.7-050","next":"us-ky/krs-271b.7-070"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
