{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-271b.7-200","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 271B.7-200","heading":"Shareholders' list for meeting.","body":"(1) After fixing a record date for a meeting, a corporation shall prepare a list of the\nnames of all its shareholders who are entitled to notice of a shareholders' meeting.\nThe list shall be arranged by voting group (and within each voting group by class or\nseries of shares) and show the address of and number of shares held by each\nshareholder.\n(2) The shareholders' list shall be available for inspection by any shareholder, beginning\nfive (5) business days before the meeting for which the list was prepared and\ncontinuing through the meeting, at the corporation's principal office or at a place\nidentified in the meeting notice in the city where the meeting will be held. A\nshareholder, his agent, or attorney shall be entitled on written demand to inspect\nand, subject to the requirements of subsection (3) of KRS 271B.16 -020, to copy the\nlist, during regular business hours and at his expense, during the period it is\navailable for inspection.\n(3) The corporation shall make the shareholders' list available at the meetin g, and any\nshareholder, his agent, or attorney shall be entitled to inspect the list at any time\nduring the meeting or any adjournment.\n(4) Refusal or failure to prepare or make available the shareholders' list shall not affect\nthe validity of action taken at the meeting.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=13360","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:53:18Z","sha256":"8ea76aadc27ae7c74a61674969e980c80c0ccb16ac0dacb7f946122c362f0bce","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-271b.7-080","next":"us-ky/krs-271b.7-210"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
