{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-271b.7-260","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 271B.7-260","heading":"Action by single and multiple voting groups.","body":"(1) If the articles of incorporation or this chapter provide for voting by a single voting\ngroup on a matter, action on that matter shall be taken when voted upon by that\nvoting group as provided in KRS 271B.7-250.\n(2) If the articles of incorporation or this chapter provide for voting by two (2) or more\nvoting groups on a matter, action on that matter shall be taken only when voted\nupon by each of those voting groups counted separately as provided in KRS\n271B.7-250.
