{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-271b.8-210","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 271B.8-210","heading":"Action without meeting.","body":"(1) Unless the articles of incorporation or bylaws provide otherwise, action required or\npermitted by this chapter to be taken at a board of director's meeting may be taken\nwithout a meeting if the action is taken by all members of the board.
