{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-272.181","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 272.181","heading":"Officers.","body":"The board shall elect from their number a president and one (1) or more vice presidents.\nThey shall also elect a secretary and a treasurer, who need not be directors or members of\nthe association. The two (2) offices of secretary and treasurer may be combined in one (1)\nperson. The treasurer may be a bank or other depository, and as such shall not be\nconsidered as an officer but as a function of the board and the secretary shall perform the\nusual accounting duties of the treasurer, except that the funds sha ll be deposited only as\nauthorized by the board. The bylaws of the association may authorize the creation and fix\nthe responsibilities of any other office.
