{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-272a.12-110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 272A.12-110","heading":"Articles of dissolution.","body":"(1) A limited cooperative association that has dissolved shall deliver to the Secretary of\nState for filing articles of dissolution that state:\n(a) The name of the association;\n(b) The date the association dissolved; and\n(c) Any other information the association considers relevant.\n(2) A person has notice of a limited cooperative association's dissolution on the later of:\n(a) Ninety (90) days after a statement of dissolution is filed; or\n(b) Actual notice of the articles of dissolution.\n(3) This section does no t apply upon the judicial dissolution of a limited cooperative\nassociation pursuant to KRS 272A.12 -030 or administrative dissolution pursuant to\nSubchapter 7 of KRS Chapter 14A.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=41074","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:53:23Z","sha256":"9abc41007c4829601cbafa872b2937d2225d0fa0c90f3097a07d82b32f141217","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-272a.12-100","next":"us-ky/krs-272a.13-010"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
