{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-272a.13-020","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 272A.13-020","heading":"Proper plaintiff.","body":"(1) A derivative action to enforce a right of a limited cooperative association may be\nmaintained only by a person that:\n(a) Is a member or a dissociated member at the time the action is commenced\nand:\n1. Was a member when the conduct giving rise to the action occurred; or\n2.
