{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-272a.5-050","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 272A.5-050","heading":"Annual meeting of members.","body":"(1) Members shall meet annually at a time provided in the organic rules or set by the\nboard of directors not inconsistent with the organic rules.\n(2) An annual members meeting may be held inside or outside the Commonwealth of\nKentucky at the place stated in the organic rules or selected by the board of directors\nnot inconsistent with the organic rules.\n(3) Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, members may attend or conduct an\nannual members meeting through any means of communication if all members\nattending the meeting can communicate with each other during the meeting.\n(4) The board of directors shall report, or cause to be reported, at the association's\nannual members meeting the association's business and financial condition as of the\nclose of the most recent fiscal year.\n(5) Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, the board of directors shall designate the\npresiding officer of the association's annual members meeting.\n(6) Failure to hold an annual members meeting does not affect the validity of any action\nby the limited cooperative association.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=41010","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:53:22Z","sha256":"b52242a3b98d14feb26dbd8066a2d3a4faa0c707261b4395006bf5d453b6f24c","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-272a.5-040","next":"us-ky/krs-272a.5-060"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
