{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-272a.8-110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 272A.8-110","heading":"Board meetings.","body":"(1) A board of directors shall meet at least annually and may hold meetings inside or\noutside of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.\n(2) Unless the organic rules provide otherwise, the board of directors may permit any or\nall directors to participate in a regular or special meeting by, or conduct the meeting\nthrough the use of, any means of communication by which all directors participating\nmay simultaneously hear each other during this meeting.
