{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-273.453","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 273.453","heading":"Submission of block grant application to Legislative Research Commission","body":"-- Contents of application.\n(1) The state administering agency shall submit any block grant application under the\nfederal act for the following fiscal year to the Legislative Res earch Commission no\nless than ninety (90) days prior to the date of submission, as required by federal law,\nof the block grant application to the federal administering agency.  The application\nand other material submitted to the Commission shall conform to  the requirements,\nstandards and criteria prescribed in KRS 273.430 to 273.448 and KRS 45.351,\n45.3511 and 45.353.  The review and processing of the application shall be in\nconformance with the provisions of KRS 45.352, 45.353 and 45.354.\n(2) The state administering agency shall submit annually an actual use and distribution\nreport to the Commission as provided by KRS 45.357.
