In\nthe absence of applicable governing principles, a member may resign at any time.\n(2) Unless the governing principles provide otherwise, resignation of a member shall\nnot reliev e the member from any unpaid capital contribution, dues, assessments,\nfees, or other obligation incurred or commitment made by the member before\nresignation.\n(3) The governing principles may impose reasonable limitations upon the access to or\nuse of any re cord of or information with respect to the unincorporated nonprofit\nassociation.
